Catherine (Kay) D. Brundage nee McAndrew, 90, died peacefully at her daughter's home in Brookhaven PA on 2/25/2025.

Kay, daughter of Anthony and Margaret Timlin McAndrew. was a graduate of Central HS class of 1952 and was employed by Bell Telephone Co. until her marriage in 1956 to Wilmer T. Brundage, her husband of 56 years.

The couple first resided in Darby PA. They moved to Folcroft PA in 1958 where they lived for 64 years. In her early years in Delco, Kay was employed by Atlantic Richfield Co. in Philadelphia. She later worked at Blessed Virgin Mary School, Darby, and the VA Hospital in Philadelphia.

Kay and Will spent many happy times with family and friends at Lake Winola, Chapman Lake, and later summers in Ararat Township, Susquehanna County. Kay was very active in the St. George Parish Women's Club and the Ladies Auxiliary of Williamson Tech. She was an exceptional seamstress with a special love of quilt-making. Her skills in crafting and needlework brought beauty and great warmth to her loving home.

Kay is predeceased by her husband, Wil, and siblings Lois Salmon, Margie Regan and James McAndrew. She is survived by six children: Kate Brundage, Peggy Ritter (George), Tom Brundage (Cathy) , John Brundage (Laurie), Mary Brundage, Maureen Brundage (Christopher Zeller); five grandchildren: Jake Ritter, Mara Bingeman (Ian), Jack, Dan, and KateLynn Brundage and 2 g-grandchildren, a sister, Maureen Balish, and 19 nieces and nephews.

Special thanks to Kay's hospice nurse, Nadia, and CNA, Kettia, who were with us the most throughout this journey. Very special thanks to Louise, an exceptional caregiver, whose kindness and love for Kay were a true gift of solace for Kay and family.

Friends may call March 7, from 4:00 to 7:00 PM at the Neil W Regan Funeral Home 1900 Pittstson Ave, Scranton.

The funeral will be held on March 8th with Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 AM at Divine Mercy Parish church, 312 Davis St, Scranton. Internment at Cathedral Cemetery, Scranton. The mass will be preceded by visitation starting at 9:00 AM at the church.
