Joseph J. Gallagher (Gal), 95, of Moosic, PA, passed away peacefully on January 1, 2025.

Born in Minooka, PA, he was the son of the late Mary Ruane Gallagher and James Gallagher. He was preceded in death by his beloved wife of 63 years, Nancy Gallagher, and his sister, Rosemary Gallagher Lunney.

Known for his great memory, Gal cherished reminiscing about the past and sharing stories with his grandchildren. He was an avid Notre Dame football fan, traveling to games with the Minooka Notre Dame Club and watching many others at the Minooka American Legion, where he enjoyed the camaraderie of fellow fans.
